Applicant Criteria:

• 18+ with diploma or GED

• Clear BCI/FBI background

• Required Ohio trainings (or willingness to complete them)

• Patient, caring, and adaptable team players

• BCI/FBI background check clearance

• Completion or willingness to complete state-required training

• Team-focused mindset and love for early learning​
